Alexander Technique

Alexander Technique is a simple and practical re-education for the whole body and self. In one-to-one lessons the teacher uses explanation and a guiding touch to help you understand how you create tension, and how you can prevent or release it. You, as the pupil, learn to recognise and change long-standing habits, to function efficiently and become more alert, balanced and confident.
