New Maris Practitioner

We are very pleased to welcome onto our team Dr Charles Innes, an experienced and versatile practitioner who will be working alternate Mondays from February.

Charles comes from a medical family, qualified in medicine, got seriously ill, benefited from complementary medicine and now practices as a homeopath, herbalist and healer.

He has worked at the Royal London Homeopathic Hospital, been the UK’s lead practitioner for a well known naturopathic cancer treatment, co-founded one of London’s first large complementary medicine centres, pioneered new treatments, been featured in national televison, radio and press and lives locally.

Charles treats most conditions, from subtle to physical and is covered by most medical insurance companies. He is happy to be contacted with queries:

Other changes:

Steven Tongue will be available every Saturday and Tom Turner will now be working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and some Saturdays.

Mary-Jane will be helping to run a children's clinic for 'metoo&co' on Tuesday afternoons from September. Look at their website for more information about this wonderful organisation.
Therefore the osteopathic team will now comprise: Hannah Cleaver, Jules Lowe, Steven Tongue, Tom Turner and Mary-Jane Anderton.

The rest of the team:

David Cocks, acupuncturist, runs his ever popular practice on Wednesdays afternoons and evenings.

Our homeopaths: Cathy Bland and Michele Betzner are available when needed, and Christine Baden-Semper, alexander teacher and Maria King, nutritionist, continue with their usual availability.

Richard Reid, counsellor and hypnotherapist is building a busy practice and is available alternate Mondays and throughout the week according to demand - www.pinnacletherapy.co.uk.

We continue a happily and mutually beneficial link with Chris St John Smith - pilates teacher - who comes to work with some children with neurological injuries at the practice. Contact Chris via his website - www.pilatesonthegreen.com

Our approach

We continue to work with people of all ages - from 0 to ! - and treat a wide range of conditions from colic, to sports injuries, from back ache to migraine, and from allergies to menopausal problems etc...  always working with your health as an individual, rather than a body with a complaint.
We will also be running a series of seminars later this year about each of our therapies - watch out for advertised dates.
